The site on 7th Avenue in Prince George of a new, nine-unit condo development which is eligible for the City’s Multi-Family Housing Incentives Program.
PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. – Construction crews have started work on a new, nine-unit condo development at 1694 7th Avenue downtown Prince George, bringing more multi-family housing to the city centre.
The project is latest to be eligible for the City’s Multi-Family Housing Incentives Program, a partnership between the City of Prince George and Northern Development, aimed at incenting housing development downtown.
The partnership and incentive program have been in place since 2012. Three projects have already benefitted form the incentive program, and the construction of these units is yet another demonstration of the success of our partnership.
